Please note: The owner must not have any state-deemed disqualifying legal offenses or have an AHCA waiver to qualify for licensing.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@signaturelivescan.com before the application is completed and mailed to the state.
Honored refund requests will receive the amount paid minus any fees incurred for the project before the refund request, which may include the discovery call/initial consult and a 10% processing fee.
